Church members and friends can worship with us in person or remotely using our livestream service. Both services are broadcast live each week so you may worship simultaneously in a different space. An archived video will also be available for viewing after the service has concluded on our YouTube channel.
Meet the Pastors
Rev. Daniel J. Commerford [needs updating Dan]
Commerford is the Senior Pastor of FPC Gastonia. Originally from Minnesota, he began his call at Bethany Presbyterian Church in Covington, Georgia, then First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta, Florida, and now FPC Gastonia.
Rev. Brad Simpson [needs updating Brad]
Simpson is the Associate Pastor of FPC Gastonia. Between college and seminary, he served for four years in the U.S. Army, specifically in the Quartermaster Corps. Following graduation from Union Presbyterian Seminary, Simpson served as the Pastor of two churches in Duplin County for six years, as the Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Concord for five years, as the Pastor of Wytheville Presbyterian Church in Virginia for 16 years, and as the Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Sanford for four years.
